Job DescriptionTo drive the implementation of the Group marketing effectiveness model / platform across the Group, BUs and countries. To support users of the platform to ensure optimal usage and ability to measure marketing effectiveness. To provide a Group wide view of marketing effectiveness, which in turn supports strategic decision making. This needs to be underpinned by the implementation of Data Governance strategies, frameworks and roadmaps whilst responsible for the execution of Data Governance related activities which include amongst others:
Monitoring the effectiveness of and adherence to governance processes that support the active management of identified information, data practices and data assets according to agreed standards and policies.Co-ordination of requests and execution of requirements from regulatory and governance bodies pertaining to Data ServicesQualificationsFirst degree in Information Studies or a degree in Business Commerce or Marketing or Analytics is requiredStrong background in data analysis and interpretation of findings will be advantageousWorking with technology platforms and tools to enable analysis and reporting3-4 Years’ experience with and understanding of risk management and terminology within related area of financial services, such as banking, investment asset management or insurance5-7 Years’ experience in data and information environment with knowledge of Data Management and sound understanding of capabilities of the landscape such as data modelling - how to translate data governance into a business value/understandingAdditional InformationBehavioural Competencies:
