As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be providing first-line support to employees in 53 countries globally. The Human Resources Specialist is the primary point of contact for our employees, providing human resources and process support, including, but not limited to general HR inquiries, and special projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
Act as first line support to general Human Resources inquiries from employees across different regions and countries, Manage the Ticketing system (Service Now), prioritizing inquiries and providing consistent responses to employees within defined timelines Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries from employees globally with an aim to enhance employee experience.Role Requirements
At least two years of experience in HR Operations or Talent Acquisition Administration. Experience of working across multiple countries and regions will be an added advantage. Focused on delivering in an administrative function with the highest level of attention to detail, quality, integrity, and sense of urgency. Providing responses to HR tickets with accuracy and urgency Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the confidence to follow up and follow through. You must have impeccable time management skills and be able to manage multiple activities at a given time. Comfortable navigating through systems and technology with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite. Proficiency and interest in generating and putting together reports will be an advantage. Experience in Workday is an added advantage Competent and thrives in a highly matrixed environment and embraces coaching culture. Demonstrates maturity of thinking, proven analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts.
