TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
External Communication Review
Conduct promotional/non-promotional material review to ensure medical accuracy, currency, and scientific balance of promotional and scientific communications materials produced by internal stakeholdersEnsure detailed records are tracked and maintained and that global, regional, and local processes are followedCritically review and provide solutions to complex promotional strategies and tactics to ensure the balance of the messages, medical accuracy, and appropriateness of the content of the materials/activities in accordance with relevant guidance across BMS productsProactively align and build strong relationships with commercial personnel and other advisors/stakeholders on issues or concerns in promotional/non-promotional material reviewDetermine acceptability of data/references used to support promotional claims and provide expert guidance as well as effective negotiation leading to resolution for approval of piecesParticipate in internal and external meetings (training, educational and others, including medical congresses) to remain current on ever changing regulations, relevant new medical/scientific information, and commercial strategyGuide, communicate, and maintain the applicable SOPs and Work InstructionsTrain and communicate the applicable digital solutions to relevant individualsSupporting Medical Activities
Support Medical personnel (Disease Area Head, Scientific Advisor, MSLs) activities including digital solution system management, field activity data management, liaising between other departments, guiding procedures/medical contents use, and etc.Other Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relevant SOPsMaintain knowledge base across all products and therapeutic areas of focusContinually seek to improve processes within the promotional reviewParticipate in the relevant cross-functional project locally and globallySKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Medical/Pharmacy/Healthcare/Science background with bachelor’s degree or higher Prior Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferredPrior experience in the provision of Medical review including PromoMats experience is preferredKnowledge and experience in BMS products’ therapy area is preferredProven skills in: Literature database searching and related computer skillsClinical data interpretationMedical writing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication and organizational skillsGood time management skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize projects effectively.Fluent in English both written and spoken#LI-Hybrid

On-site Protocol
BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
