Assists the Director in assuring compliance with regulatory and other agency requirements, laws and statutes pertaining to the operation of the department. Schedules, plans, and lays out various work projects. 
Responsibilities:• Acts independently; consistently exercises discretion and judgment in performing work, which is predominantly intellectual and varied in nature. • Assists in assuring compliance with regulatory and other agency requirements, laws and statutes pertaining to the operation of the department. • Participates in performance improvement activities. • Assists Director with any assigned projects. • Provides for the age specific needs of the population served according to department standards, as evidenced by observation, documentation, and per feedback. • Performs other related duties as required and directed.  Required:• Bachelor’s degree in related field • CPR issued by the American Heart Association or Red Cross Certification • Five (5) years progressive management experience  Additional Information Schedule: Part-time Requisition ID: 24005241 Daily Work Times: 8a-4:30p Hours Per Pay Period: 40 On Call: No Weekends: No
