What you will do: + **Program Management:** Lead the development of strategic programs such as incentives and campaigns, ensuring project schedules are created and maintained. Coordinate with responsible departments to ensure all activities are aligned. + **Internal Systems Connection Management:** Investigate and improve internal order management and quoting tools to streamline the process of quoting and ordering products through NOVO. + **Internal Sales Support** **:** Support global sales teams by providing credible and compelling operator assist solutions through training, product demonstrations, and engineering support. + **Customer Success Support:** Assist in efforts for in-field retrofitting of technologies and parts stocking programs to drive customer satisfaction and efficiency. What you will need: + Bachelor’s degree. + 3-5 years of relevant experience, or experience in engineering and design.
