Job Summary
• This role is responsible for analyzing sales data, managing CRM software, generating reports, and identifying process improvements. The role conducts market research and assists in sales forecasting while coordinating with junior team members. The role prepares sales materials and collects feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.

Responsibilities
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, generates insights and shares recommendations to improve sales strategies and performance.
• Utilizes CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer data, track interactions, and support sales teams in maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Generates regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance, including key metrics such as sales revenue, customer acquisition and product sales, and shares findings with the management and other stakeholders.
• Conducts market research to identify potential new markets, customer segments, and competitive landscapes.
• Identifies bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales cycle to streamline and improve sales processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Assists in sales forecasting by using historical data and market trends to predict future sales outcomes.
• Coordinates day-to-day activities with the junior team members and provides guidance in handling challenges.
• Assists in the training and onboarding of new sales team members by providing ongoing sales training, resources, and materials to help sales representatives improve their skills.
• Provides support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collects feedback from sales teams and customers to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes to products, services, or sales strategies.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in customer support, sales operations, sales support, people management, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
