The Space Planner Coordintor will serve as the key liaison between departments to understand the spatial status, logistics, and layouts of each Northeast facility. This position requires CAD experience, coordination with vendors/internal customers and space designs as needed for renovations and new construction across all Northeast sites. This position requires a professional individual with the ability to multi-task and support facility related responsibilities.

What to expect:

Manage employee seat assignments, desk moves, and monitor the upkeep of all vacant workspaces Provide guidance to Facilities Coordinator regarding facility related ServiceNow requests as needed Manages, maintains, and updates databases to facilitate and expedite the usability, accuracy, integrity, and availability of data for campus planning and space utilization purposes Manages information to analyze current space and planning. Makes recommendations to integrate into master plan, strategic plan and facilities planning issues Perform needs assessments for determining actual facilities and space characteristics; develops space utilization recommendations and solutions to unique project planning, engineering and administrative problems as needed Provides direction to team members on project plans; sets priorities and makes changes as appropriate to optimize resources and meet deadlines Periodically inspects projects to ensure availability of space Acts as a liaison with applicable business functions regarding accuracy of data and details of project requirements; works with users and management to obtain information and develop an understanding of needs; recommends solutions utilizing technology

What we expect:

Responds to various requests for reports and documentation concerning the functional use of facilities and space to assist Operations in short- and long -range planning Manages data and construction documents including campus space standards, drawings, specifications, campus maps, records, and correspondence. Assists with the review of construction documents prepared by others Works with vendors, associates, and technical staff to ensure projects are planned and executed effectively and timely Provide administrative support to facilities team as required: To include but not limited to processing business card/stationary orders, process invoices, create requisitions, and update department specific procedures Assist with sorting incoming mail and distribute accordingly Place online orders for parts and office supplies as needed for the Facility Services team  Become an active advocate of safety in the facility with a firm grasp of how to handle emergency situations.  Employees look for direction during a fire alarm, 911 calls and during an emergency event Demonstrate ability to assess situations and respond accordingly Monitor and restock office supplies throughout facility Coverage of reception desk as needed Provide warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for the lobby of 250 Campus Drive  Greet guests, sign them in, and assist the security team with assigning both visitor and loaner badges when needed, including the activation/deactivation of loaner badges Conduct and monitor access control throughout the reception/main lobby area

Education & Experience:

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management Minimum 2 years administrative experience

The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $43,700 to $65,600 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
