About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Space & Occupancy Planner (Business Execution Consultant) for the Corporate Properties Group Strategy Team.
In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Strong experience with office space and occupancy planning for a large corporation, either as an occupancy planning consultant or as an employee in a corporate real estate department.Experience in the financial services industryProficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and advanced skills in Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.Experience with space management tools such as Tririga and Serraview.Experience with hybrid work styles, unassigned seating, shared/flexible seating and workplace strategies including Activity Based Working.Strong customer service mindset and skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong presentation skills.Ability to concurrently handle multiple projects, requests, and priorities independently.
