Position Responsibilities: Collect and analyze internal, market, and retailer data to understand business needs and objectives, providing actionable insights that shape decision-making Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions and provide actionable insights Communicate key insights across all organizational levels, distilling complex data into understandable recommendations Perform space data analysis and build business models, reports, and dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, enhancing local sales efforts Deliver standard category management practices, including shelf management, promotion planning, pricing analysis, and business development projects Support strategic planning by providing forward-looking consumer and shopper analysis to identify threats, opportunities, and actionable recommendations Conduct supplier and brand analyses, including financials and profitability, to optimize business strategies and drive growth initiatives Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 6 plus years of specific experience Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
