What will I be doing?
\n\nManage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards\nEnsure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards\nInteract and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team\nEnsure team works to meeting department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
\n\nExperience working in the spa industry\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nCommitted to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nAbility to work on your own or in teams\n\n\n
