Responsible for supervising spa facilities and associates, ensuring positive guest relations and providing assistance as needed.Support the Director of Spa in organizing and overseeing daily operations, including staffing the reception when required. Maintain high service standards across all wellness departments while continuously enhancing knowledge of spa services, therapies, health, and wellness. To actively support in the seamless running of the daily operations, reservations and guest experience with efficiency and accuracy. Providing the highest possible Forbes/LQA/Rosewood standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving profitabilityPerform monthly inventory and make sure it is accurate. Assist in the control of maintaining spa par levels for retail and operational stocks. Organize storage areas.Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of dayResponsible for spa daily billing, gratuities and financial reporting.Conduct comprehensive training for all spa associates, including on-boarding new team members to ensure they are well-prepared for their rolesProficiency in English and German is required.
