GENERAL SUMMARY

Shares responsibilities for overall success of the Spa & Salon with the Spa & Salon Director. Provides proven leadership, support, direction, motivation, availability, and supervision of Spa & Salon associates and daily operations of the Spa & Salon.  Works with Spa & Salon leadership to ensure all business and associate requirements are met.  Provides world class service for the members and guests of PRO Sports Club, while enforcing club rules and policies. Adherence to TBCC’s Actions We Live By and our mission statement is expected and is crucial to the success of PRO Sports Club and The Spa & Salon.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS

Oversee day-to-day operations of The Spa and Salon, ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly. Work directly with Spa and Salon Director to ensure overall success of all aspects of the business. Responsible for recruiting, on-boarding, off-boarding. Ensure we are delivering an exceptional member/guest experience and addressing immediately with member/guest and associate if we fall short of these expectations. Responsible for Payroll. Work directly with The Spa and Salon Director to manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase revenue and profitability. Work directly with The Spa and Salon Director to execute marketing and promotional strategies to positively impact business. Work with Supervisors and partners to develop and execute training for all associates. Consistently evaluate service quality and member/guest satisfaction and recommend necessary adjustments. Work with the Spa and Salon Director to develop long-term goals and business strategies for The Spa and Salon. Ensure The Spa and Salon complies with all health regulations, licensures, and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene. Oversees all deadlines, renewals and audits including but not limited to benefit management, hours and license expirations, correction notices, leave of absences, separations, and schedules. Directly oversee and provide mentorship to the Assistant Spa Manager, Supervisors and Inventory Specialist to ensure they are proficient in their roles and responsibilities, mastering roles in each of these positions. Ensure standardized operating procedures are created, communicated and trained to all applicable associates. Works with Human Resources to enforce spa policies, rules and protocols and develop new or change existing where necessary. Oversee the Inventory Specialist to manage supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary. Plans and delivers monthly team meetings with Assistant Managers and Department Supervisors. Ensures Show Readiness throughout spa. Ensures an exceptional and consistent experience for all spa guests and members Confident with operational software program and training of programs when necessary. Steps in when business demands or as necessary. Willing to work extra hours and be flexible with schedule when needed.
