Our Payroll Team plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely compensation of all employees across the organization. As a key part of our operations, the team is responsible for processing payroll, maintaining compliance with tax regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Input, audit, and process end-to-end payroll operations for multiple subsidiaries across Australia and other APAC regions, handling varying levels of complexity. Accurately manage superannuation lodgments, payroll tax calculations, and annual reconciliations while ensuring compliance with regional payroll regulations. Support payroll implementation for new acquisitions within the APAC region. Provide subsidiaries and stakeholders with regular updates and guidance on legislative changes. Work closely with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure smooth integration of payroll processes and data across all entities. Act as the primary point of contact to address and resolve payroll-related issues and escalations. Participate in internal and external audits, including end-of-year (EOY) payroll activities. Prepare payroll data reports and contribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives to support business goals. Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements to enhance payroll workflows. Commit to ongoing learning and professional development to deepen expertise in payroll processes and regulations within the APAC region. WHAT YOU BRING: Comprehensive knowledge of payroll processes and compliance in Australia, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Understanding of labor laws and payroll tax regulations across the APAC region. Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong initiative and accountability. Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage complex payroll operations. Comfortable working with multiple platforms and tools to ensure seamless integration and data management. Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
