Dixon is looking for a Southwest Terminal Sales Specialist to join our team!
The Terminal Specialist represents Dixon Specialty Products, and the focus of this position will be to grow Dixon’s share of products in the terminal market by promoting the Dixon brand and products within the terminal market and enhancing customer confidence in the Dixon bundle of products.

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, visiting terminals, understandingtheir needs and providing excellent service. Actively engage with customers to identify potential sales opportunities and cross-sell
products. Sales Forecasting and Planning: Analyze market trends and customer demand to forecast sales volume for the terminal. Develop sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets. Product Promotion and Marketing: Promote the features and benefits of products stored at the terminal to customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about new
products. Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement. Generate detailed sales reports and analyze customer data to inform future sales strategies. Monitor competitor activity within the terminal market. Required skills for a terminal sales specialist: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships. Knowledge of the specific products and services offered at the terminal. Sales acumen, including negotiation and closing techniques. Travel >50%
