Sourcing Specialist

Job Responsibilities: + Collaborate with Sourcing managers to meet company objectives as you produce, implement, and support sourcing strategies that ensure best value + Manage and prioritize the project stream, working with internal stakeholders to determine project definition and business requirements + Manage and monitor supplier performance using meaningful and objective KPI measurements and periodic business reviews + Verify and maintain accurate supplier data, including tax and bank information, quotations, and legal agreements + Reconcile outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies through proactive customer/stakeholder engagement + Assist competitive bidding using a multi-step sourcing process and utilization of RFx. + Support Procurement / Contracts Projects as required. Job Qualifications: + Customer-focused mindset + Critical thinking and problem solving + Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities + Conflict resolution experience + Adaptability + Thrive and create a collaborative work environment + Detail oriented and well organized + Good verbal and written communication skills (with team, stakeholders, and management) Education and Experience: + BS/MS in Procurement/Business Administration or equivalent + General understanding of procurement, supplier chain, and supplier management + Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint + Experience with eProcurement technologies a plus (i.e., Coupa, Ariba, Oracle) + Facilitation skills to collaborate with stakeholders and within Global Strategic Sourcing + Good teamwork and influencing skills We’re doing work that matters.
