Sourcing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support our sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates for various positions across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Actively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms  Review resumes, and conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email, phone, etc.  Actively engage with prospective talent and keep organized reference documentation on ad hoc and perpetual talent needs.   Assist in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies to identify top talent for open positions. Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain and update candidate profiles and documentation. Engage with passive candidates through personalized outreach; fostering and maintaining relationships. Collaborate with recruiters to understand the specific hiring needs and requirements for various roles.  Provide insights to alternative skillsets in appropriate cases.  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitive intelligence.  Provide talent insights utilizing market data. 

Qualifications:

At least 1 year experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a customer service role is required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.   Ability to prioritize multiple ad hoc requests and meet deliverable timelines.  Experience with recruiting talent platforms and professional networking tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZoomInfo, etc.) Basic understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to sourcing challenges. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within the Talent Acquisition field.
