Sourcing Project Manager Requisition ID: 42069 Job Location(s): Busan, KR **Job Description** Danfoss Power Solutions CCS is looking for a Sourcing Project Manager to initiate, plan, and design projects with great execution and control to be delivered to timeline while maintaining quality and cost targets. You will be part of the team of sourcing project managers in our global procurement function, which is based in a modern office environment. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sourcing projects in our Business Unit Connect and Controls Solution (CCS) of Busan plant and supporting other CCS plants globally as per needs. CCS is a rapidly growing Business Unit, active in the area of electronics for mobile machines. Our portfolio includes controllers, human machine interfaces like joysticks and displays and connectivity solutions. Our latest developments are targeted to helping our customers solve the design challenges of autonomous machines. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Form and organize the teams for success with resources, timelines, action plans, savings, expenses, and supplier relationships + Communicate the project status to all relevant and appropriate people involved in or needing to know the overall status. This includes regular reporting to senior business leaders + Create continuous optimizations and cost savings for technical and sourcing projects by understanding category/sourcing trends and challenging the status quo + Effective and efficient implement approved projects from end-to-end, ensuring all expectations and deliverables are met. + Lead contract management with direct/indirect supplier and service providers + Support to develop strategies to win negotiation with on going suppliers + Effectively manage of all assigned or temporary resources to secure profitable outcomes and implementations to include people as well as capital funding for tooling and fixtures. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
