**Position Overview**
Do you want a career in a true dynamic and global organization and drive how GN builds a new indirect Procurement function?
The Indirect Procurement team is on a transformational journey with the aim to capture a large and unreleased potential by increasing the maturity and proactivity of the North American indirect procurement function.
The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to ensure the procurement of high-quality materials, services and products at competitive prices. This role involves collaborating with various departments, owning the RFP process from start to finish, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier relationships, and optimizing the supply chain to support our manufacturing operations.

+ Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives
+ Execute local procurement and supplier relationship management strategies in close collaboration with stakeholders
+ Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing and quality.
+ Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive sourcing and mitigate risks.
+ Coordinate RFx process with stakeholders while owning end-to-end
+ Build and maintain vendor contract database
+ Conduct supplier onboarding, as well as quarterly business reviews, with suppliers
+ Interface with other departments to help select appropriate materials or services
+ Prepare benchmark spend reports to ensure proper category planning
+ Lead cost-reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
+ Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements in all sourcing activities
+ Assist with resolving supply, pricing, quality, delivery, and any other issues with suppliers
+ Participate in special projects as assigned
+ Cooperate with Global Sourcing Team in order to accomplish key initiatives
+ Coordinate sourcing efforts across all North American divisions with a large stakeholder group

**Required Education (if necessary):**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Management, or Finance or equivalent experience

+ 3-5 years of experience in procurement role(s)
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel
+ Must have experience with Supplier Negotiations, should be able to source and negotiate contracts with suppliers that deliver cost savings and other benefits to the company.
+ Must have experience with Category Strategies, should be able to develop and implement category strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
+ Must have experience Spend analysis and be able to analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
+ Must have experience with Demand management initiatives: You should be able to identify and implement initiatives that optimize demand.
+ Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

**Pay Transparency Notice:**
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $77,710 to $85,890. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
