PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Projects Follow-Ups

Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders & suppliers to execute the whole process effectively and efficiently including RFQ follow up, price analysis, sampling, product development, commercial

negotiation, etc.

Manage operation to ensure the continuous material supply, avoid business risk, increase capital efficiency, supplier capacity meet production growthSupport new product project (NPD) from sourcing function (Supply concept, Supplier development)

Cost saving

Identify and provide year on year cost savings through developing alternatives, enhance efficiency, supplier negotiation & integration and value engineering activities etc.Complete the annual PPV target based on company requirements

Supplier Management

Develop suppliers including supplier selection, contracting, and supplier management programProvide Monthly/Annual report of purchase spend and supplier scorecard analysis in order for managing the suppliers in right priorityBuild up cost competitive supplier base by using systematic cost analysis tool, value engineering and negotiation skillBuild up supplier pool for iron casting and stainless-steel productsCoordinate with supplier and PMC to ensure/improving OTD to meet customer requirements.

Improve supplier's delivery performance with Quality/ENG assistance

Develop and execute sourcing strategy and Improve supplier relationshipProvide assistance as for quality/production issues by means of driving supplier's execution on the corrective action plan and policies/procedures

Commercial

Source new products and new supplier to meet business needConduct supplier commercial assessmentResponsible for commercial discussion with suppliers such as tooling agreement, payment term, lead time, delivery term etc.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

1. bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Business, Materials, Supply Chain or related; preference for Mechanical Engineering

2. At least 5 years of progressive experiences in supply management, familiar with Iron casting and stainless-steel forging and casting process and multiple material manufacturing related with Valve

3. Good communication, strong commercial and business urgency sense and analytical skill

4. Good team player, a high sense of responsibility with result-oriented mindset

5. Willingness and ability to travel

6. Integrity and strong execution

7. People with growth and positive mindset, working proactively
