**Job Description**
Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company that will inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as the Talent Sourcing Intelligence Partner. This position reports into the Head, Executive Search & Talent Intelligence.
As the Talent Sourcing Intelligence Partner you will be responsible for developing and executing talent sourcing strategies, leveraging data and market intelligence to identify and attract top talent globally. You will have a focus on current and future talent trends in pharma and biotech and proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent sourcing, market research, and data analysis.
How you will contribute:
+ Develop and implement talent sourcing strategies to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
+ Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
+ Conduct market research and gather talent intelligence to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability.
+ In partnership with TA build sourcing and pipeline strategy for current and future hiring needs.
+ Keep DEI at the front of our sourcing strategies by collaborating with our DEI team for best practices.
+ Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
+ Stay informed about emerging recruitment technologies and tools and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the talent sourcing process.
+ Develop approach to “just in time” sourcing requests from Talent Acquisition Partners.
+ Develop and deploy sourcing strategies for critical positions.
+ Build and manage talent communities and pipelines for internal and external critical positions by leveraging existing technologies/resources, advanced sourcing capabilities, and other creative technique.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 3+ years of experience with a targeted focus on sourcing, talent attraction, and strategic project management ideally for R&D & Commercial related roles.
+ Passion to ensure diversity, equity & inclusion is embedded in our Talent Acquisition Strategies.
+ Previous experience in a complex global organization, preferably Life Sciences, Pharma or Biotech.
+ Technical savvy with platforms including previous experience in MS Office Products, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Data & Analytics Platforms.
+ Outstanding organizational skills, specifically to create project plans and drive processes and follow up.
+ Creative and innovative spirit with a desire to define and execute talent strategies
+ Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills with the ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management

**U.S. Base Salary Range:**
$108,500.00 - $170,500.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/ or long-term incentives. U.S. based employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition reimbursement program, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive, per calendar year, up to 80 hours of sick time, and new hires are eligible to accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
