We are currently seeking a Sourcing Delivery Specialist Advisor to join our team in Mexico, México (MX-MEX), Mexico (MX).

Owns ongoing enablement of NTTGS tools/process with focus on implementing best practices to enable Global Category savings goals.  Improves operational systems, processes, and policies in support NTTGS’ sourcing, negotiating and contracting practices.  Responsible for managing the process of sourcing intake, workflow, and operations to support the organization in successfully achieving savings, financial and operational goals.  Partners with various organizations to understand requirements and enable better management reporting, data integrity, information flow, cost management, pipeline management, business process and organizational planning. Consistently communicates and manages relationships with Global Category Teams and Leaders, Finance, Legal, Operations, HR, Suppliers and NTT Operating Company stakeholders on a global basis.  Continuously improves processes, controls, tools, and workflow to accelerate savings, drive process adoption, data visibility and compliance.  Develops and manages scorecards, dashboards and reporting to increase awareness, capacity and visibility of workflow and pipeline for leadership and stakeholders.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

WSS Analysis & Reporting:  Quarterly license holder audits, user adoption, supplier file maintenance, ad hoc reports, develop customized reporting for business partners/Category & NTT Operating Companies, ensure data integrity across platform. Develop & Execute RFx events on behalf of Category & NTT Operating Companies – manage requirements gathering, creation, launch, timelines, supplier Q&A, analysis, award. Provide training to NTT Operating Companies on various NTTGS tools/process – sourcing, contracting, savings tracking.  Partner with NTT IT Security to implement changes to NTTGS environment – understand requirements/timelines and coordinate testing, training, communication. Category enablement projects - evaluation of potential new tools within NTTGS environment.  Create business case, ROI, implementation. Provide “white glove” support for category and NTT Operating Company challenges with NTTGS Tools. Liaise with NTTGS Category Teams to understand common use-cases and recommend best practices.  Reduce manual processes to improve communication and capacity for Global Category teams and NTT Operating Company stakeholders. Attend regular Category team calls to consult and provide support with tools and processes.  Share news regarding upcoming tool changes and provide insights into existing processes. Participate in continuous improvement of sourcing systems, tools, business rules and workflow for intake, pipeline management, reporting, project status, savings approval, risk, compliance, and audit results.

               

Manage business rules, notifications and changes to contracts, amendments, schedules, etc. and ensure contract repository integrity. Responsible for continuous improvement of process, business rules, workflow and tools to ensure satisfactory audit and compliance results and outstanding customer service. Ensure all process and training documentation are accurate and available for NTTGS and OpCo users.  Author, edit communications and policy as required

 

Required Skills/ Experience

Requires 7-10  years relevant experience in a sourcing/supply chain environment

Provides direction and guidance for administration and results for multiple functions of work area globally including US, Japan, Europe, North America, India, Latin America Translates business plans into objectives and exercises latitude in managing operations. Focuses on large cross-functional process improvement projects Resolves complex process and operational issues including conducting root cause analysis, documenting current state and future state processes. Work is guided by long-term objectives while consistently meeting service levels and quality/compliance requirements Drives new or revised procedures, programs, workflows with a focus on continuous improvement Aligns operational plan with functional strategy, risk and operations policies.  Serves as liaison between various internal groups and NTT Operating Company stakeholders globally (US, Japan, Europe, India, North America, Latin America etc.) Models exceptional influencing, verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to develop and document strategy, timeline, business case, implementation plans, training etc. Models exceptional client service skills and leadership capabilities both internal and external while representing and promoting NTTGS value Expert knowledge, understanding and application of project methodologies, analytical / problem solving skills, operational readiness process design and implementation Models exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans Ability to lead, coach and develop in a matrixed and cross-functional team environment Direct communication with senior leaders and executives globally Proficiency with Microsoft suite, business writing, communication
