Sommelier - Tavernetta Vail

Four Seasons Vail is excited to launch the collaboration of Four Seasons and Frasca Hospitality Group to create Tavernetta Vail. Frasca Hospitality Group, led by Chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson, Master Sommelier Bobby Stuckey, and Peter Hoglund, is dedicated to providing warm and gracious hospitality. Founded in 2004 with the goal of creating "the best neighborhood restaurant in the world," the group opened Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, Colorado, inspired by the frascas of Italy's Friuli-Venezia Giulia region.

The group has expanded to include the Italian- and European-inspired eateries of Pizzeria Alberico, Sunday Vinyl, and the Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded Tavernetta in Denver.
