In this role, you will be at the intersection of product innovation, service delivery, and customer success—ensuring our offerings are not just standalone components, but cohesive, end-to-end solutions that address real-world challenges. The qualified candidate will primarily focus on how we can bring to market new transaction types at our network of ATMs, including managing the solution throughout the solution lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing requirements, defining the vision, and working closely with internal/external business partners to deliver winning solutions. The role will also entail working with the Commercial, Marketing, Technology, and Support teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Solutions Manager will execute with excellence, working collaboratively across departments to effectively build awareness of our ATM Solutions, create demand and develop the industry-leading sales support materials needed by the sales teams to convey the key selling proposition and positioning. The individual chosen for this role will be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude. The Solutions Manager will be a passionate problem solver inclined toward action with a thirst to learn and a desire to create team wins over individual victories. **Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility** + Business Strategy: + Assist in developing strategic projects by collaborating with business leaders to define work products, executing research, and presenting findings and recommendations + Assist in defining, developing and implementing product strategies and roadmaps consistent with company vision + Bring new transaction types to market by analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to share requirements, features and capabilities + Business Operations: + Work with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and analyze key opportunities, markets and solution opportunities in alignment with corporate and business strategy + Assist in determining solution pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing operational and technical costs; anticipating/projecting growth; costing special and customized deals + Monitor pricing to ensure solution is meeting revenue and profitability goals and delivering revenue forecasted + Provide subject matter expertise during the sales process Focused on achieving NCR Atleos’ objectives of growth, profitability, and diversification, the Solution Manager will assist in performing the following: + Develop and direct solution from ideation to launch within planned timeframes + Evaluate and research current industry trends, competitive landscape, and internal development efforts to provide the organization with insight to drive decision-making + Identify risks and opportunities and ensure that they are quantified and communicated in a timely and actionable manner + Develop pricing and sales models for solution in collaboration with the Finance team + Drive solutions throughout the Solution Lifecycle Management (SLM) process + Build business cases, define value, execute thorough due diligence, participating in negotiations, preparing contracts + Expand solution market share by working with sales team to develop sales strategies + Develop regular cadenced trackers for solution management purposes + Perform demos to customers and prospects + Produce business and solution requirements documents, solutions guide, sales tools and collateral + Other duties may be assigned Success criteria and performance measures: + Understand the consumer demand and addressable market for each transaction + Leverage industry understanding and marketplace dynamics to launch new solutions and transaction types from concept to full scale production + Develop pricing models, market/competitive intelligence and market pricing knowledge + Drive development efforts in support of solution rollout across North America and beyond + Track enablement / rollout and report internally on KPIs **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree(s) in the field of Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Marketing and/ or Technology from an accredited institution + 5+ years’ relevant work experience: program execution, product/solution requirements analysis, pricing, planning, competitive analysis, sales, financial analysis and strategy + Excellent communication skills including the ability to present to a diverse audience (business, technical, and leadership) and clearly communicate across diverse cultures and time zones + Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products and solutions + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; very strong proficiency in Excel including Pivot Tables and V-Lookups + Examples of experience/capability and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past + Results driven mindset and approach + Demonstrated customer focus + Problem-solving aptitude and creative thinking skills + Leadership/people management skills including ability to gain the confidence and commitment of staff;
