We seek a motivating and strategic Solution Consulting Manager aligned to our Financial & Business Services industry team in the Americas region. This means being part of one of the fastest-growing cloud vendors and making your mark in a changing industry. You are a trusted advisor to the presales team, sales leaders, account executives, and broader GTM organizations. 

Your Impact:

Responsible for leading daily Presales Operations for the Financial & Business Services industry team. Supervise the performance and delivery of support to the sales organization within the region while contributing to the growth of the region and department. Participating in sales strategy sessions; assessing needs of sales pursuits; and applying Presales Resources as needed to sales opportunities. Continue to build a team of high-energy, professional, solution-focused individuals. Align with sales leadership (AVP, RVP, and others) to support the end-to-end sales cycle. Define and execute a plan to meet and/or exceed prospects/customers engagement standards. Build and execute a territory vision that aligns with the department and corporate strategy. Lead professional development and career opportunities through support and enablement. Champion our fast-moving product innovation and GTM transformation initiatives. 

Your Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of Solution Consulting experience (Preferably SaaS). Minimum 1 year of management experience managing a team of Presales or Technical/Services Financial services experience. Either in a presales capacity or as a finance practitioner. Consulting experience within a Software/Technology-focused firm. Proven track record of growing and mentoring co-workers Experience with EPM/CPM planning solutions BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance, or Technical Concentration.

Base Salary Range:$163,000—$220,000 USD
