Solutions Consultant - Retail Media

The Role:

A Solutions Consultant at CommerceIQ is primarily focused on demonstrating the value of CommerceIQ software in relation to prospects’ business objectives through executing pre-sales pilots. You will set-up, run, and analyze pilots across different product lines, primarily retail media (e.g. Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, etc.), and be able to implement quick-hitting strategies and insights to help our prospects drive growth and efficiency through advertising. 

This work can span across ecommerce retailers and functional CommerceIQ verticals (Sales, Retail Media, Digital Shelf, Operations, etc.), however, has a primary focus on Retail Media execution.

An ideal candidate will have an innate understanding of retail media, across multiple retailers but with heavy experience with Amazon Advertising, and can help our customers achieve profitable revenue growth by using our platform to manage their advertising budgets across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, CitrusAds and others. Supported by an Account Executive and a Solutions Consulting Director, this role will be responsible for the hands-on-keys execution, and reporting, of pilots to increase value for prospects and current customers. 

 What You'll Do:

Manage end-to-end pilot execution of advertising campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. Understand customer needs, to then plan, organize and manage all phases of a pilot success plan, then focus on how we use our product to help customers meet those needs. Move the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs and continuously showcase the value of CommerceIQ’s platform throughout the engagement period. Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations. In addition to retail media engagements, Solutions Consulting Pilot Managers will also have a solid understanding of all CommerceIQ solutions and lend support to pre-sales motions such as demos, RFPs, value assessment and more. Prepare and develop technical presentations, performance reviews, ad hoc insights, demos, and thought leadership, to explain our CommerceIQ products and services and how to integrate them to our customers' digital flywheel. Meet with clients, online and in-person, to cultivate relationships while demonstrating thought leadership and expertise in retail media  and broader omnichannel commerce.

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of total professional work experience with at least one of the following 3+ years experience in retail media management at a multinational brand/manufacturer.   OR 3+ years experience at an agency or SaaS provider executing retail media management for brands  Experience in managing Ecommerce marketing budgets (specifically on Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, Criteo retailers, Citrus / Epsilon Ad retailers, etc.) for large enterprise brands Experience managing Amazon search marketing budgets in the multi-million dollar range  Well versed in Bid and Budget management, content optimization, and promotion planning Ability to audit retail media advertising accounts to find performance and efficiency improvements Project management experience and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks Excellent presentation and communication skills including both oral and written Ability to generate analysis and insight from raw data Nice to have: Experience with Amazon Retail (e.g. Vendor Central), Retail Media Ad Tech (Pacvue, Skai, Intentwise, etc.)  and/or Digital Shelf Analytics  (Profitero, Data Impact, etc.)

Benefits & Perks: 

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is USD: $88,000 - $146,000 per year.

This base pay range may be inclusive of several career levels at CommerceIQ and will be narrowed based on a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
