Position Purpose:This position provides leadership, functional and technical support for various business units utilizing the S4 HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics (Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) platforms, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Movement (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and WM/EWM modules. Supporting their use and integration through the design and implementation business functionalities. In addition, this role will establish standards and requirements to evaluate and direct enhancements and implement solutions across enterprise-wide Stericycle.
Supports and accountable for projects, enhancements, development, documentation, testing, training, go-live and on-going activities within S4 HANA Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics (Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) platforms, including Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Movement (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and WM/EWM modules. platforms. Ensuring best practices and supporting company business strategy and roadmap. Works with others within the digital (IT) team to ensure all local end-users, as well as facility users, can perform their job functions properly during and after large-scale enhancements and upgrades. This team member is in constant contact with outside vendors for solution progress, pricing and to ensure projects are on time/budget.

Across enterprise-wide establish standards and requirements to evaluate and direct enhancements and implement solutions related to the Collect to Dispose processes. Provide functional and technical support for the Transportation Operations, Field Operations, Plant Operations and Customer Service departments that utilize the S4 HANA Plant Maintenance (PM)/Material Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics (Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) as well as Descartes Route Planning and Service Execution platforms. Education: Preferred Education: in Bachelors or EquivalentExperience: Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related discipline or the equivalent in related work experience. 10+ years of experience in IT with progressive responsibility and influence in a medium to large size corporate environment. 10+ years of experience in SAP architecture, preferably in the reverse logistics Service sector. Demonstrated ability to reengineer processes to make them more effective for the organization. Demonstrated experience in setting and influencing company-wide strategic architecture/technical direction supporting business strategy. Demonstrated experience working on large, strategic projects as well as serving as Project Manager on moderately complex projects across full life cycle. Targeted experience with customer relationship systems, financial systems, transportation logistics, warehousing, and/or telephony systems a plus. Multilingual a plus Certification in any of the following is a plus: SAP Functional and/or Technical Solution Certification (S4 HANA Sales and Distribution (SD), and Logistics (Sourcing and Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) platforms. Compensation: $125,000+
Technical Expertise a plus:
Possess in-depth knowledge of S/4 HANA modules and related technologies like SAP Fiori, ABAP, and SAP Cloud Platform to design optimal solutions. Technical architect expertise across Workflow, BAPIs, Enhancements and integrations.
