Solutions Architect (Salesforce Pardot, Health Cloud)

Our technology group is at the heart of this transformation and we’re looking for someone to join our highly technical and ambitious team of Marketing Automation technology experts.
You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for conceptualizing and designing key components and programs across the Marketing Automation platforms that Klick supports. The successful candidate will be designing solutions for our customers using cloud technologies such as Salesforce Pardot and the Salesforce Health Cloud. You will define and build solutions, build/manage integration endpoints, evangelize technology solutions as appropriate and identify where these solutions can be most effectively utilized in our customer programs.Specific Duties and ResponsibilitiesDemonstrates a deep knowledge of Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce Health Cloud.Prepares documentation on use cases, current/proposed process, workflows, data flows, process re-engineering studies, functional specifications, risk integration, end-user adoption plans/ guides and organization structures.Provides architectural, solution and technical oversight for multiple projects at a time, including sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design patterns for CRM and Marketing Automation-based on industry best practices.Creates and reviews architecture solution designs with the overall team, ensuring that they are consistent with the architecture frameworks that emphasizes a reuse strategy.Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.Proven experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.Lead the architecture, design, and development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meetorganizational goals and customer needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and create scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems, including EHR/EMR platforms, data warehouses, and third-party applications.Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and industry compliance standards, including HIPAA.Mentor and provide technical guidance to Salesforce developers to improve their skills and ensure adherence to development best practices.Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and foster continuous learning.Support developers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Collaborate with development teams to create reusable components and foster innovation.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, product owners, and project managers, to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives.Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing thought leadership and technical expertise.Present architectural designs and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in.Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to leverage advancements in Health Cloud and related technologies.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.Develop and maintain architectural documentation, guidelines, and standards.Required KnowledgeDemonstrated Salesforce Health Cloud experience with configurations and APEX development, with strong knowledge of architecture frameworks, best practices, and business processes.Experience using versioning control/continuous integrations tools such as GIT.Highly organized, flexible in a changing environment, deadline driven and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.Ability to identify and triage task importance and prioritize accordingly, while communicating resource allocation and constraints.Able to work in a fast-paced environment which needs a constant drive to achieve results.QualificationsBachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience5+ years of experience with solution design, application planning and strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.5+ years professional experience administering/developing on the platform.Certifications in Salesforce Application Architect and Salesforce Integration Architect.Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong and effective relationship builder with the ability to influence across technology teams and collaborate effectively with senior executives.Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance.Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or Informatica is a plus.#LI-TH1 #LI-Hybrid
