In this role, you'll operate as a trusted advisor, helping our customers maximize the power of the cloud to drive their business forward.
This is an excellent role for early-career professionals with 3-4 years of relevant experience. You'll manage the technical relationship between AWS and our customers, providing strategic recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability and operational efficiency to support their key initiatives.
Internally, you'll be the voice of the customer, sharing their needs and feedback to inform the ongoing development of AWS services and features. This direct line of communication with our product teams can accelerate your cloud expertise and influence.
Your creativity will be an asset as you work to link the latest cloud technologies to valuable solutions for our customers. You'll contribute to defining new cloud-native reference architectures across a variety of use cases - expanding your technical portfolio and visibility.
Beyond your client work, you'll participate in creating and sharing best practices, technical content and new AWS architectural patterns. This will allow you to build credibility as an AWS expert, through mediums like whitepapers, blog posts, workshops, user groups, and more.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Key job responsibilities
* Work directly with innovative, digital companies including large enterprises in Spain and Portugal
* Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the power of the AWS cloud
* Manage the full technical relationship with customers, providing strategic recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency
* Be the voice of the customer, sharing their needs and feedback to influence AWS product roadmap
* Contribute to defining new cloud-native reference architectures and technical content
* Build credibility as an AWS expert through activities like whitepapers, blog posts, workshops, and user groups
