Solutions Analyst III (Scrum Maser/Agility)

As a Solutions Analyst III in Corporate & Investment Bank, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Your responsibilities will include eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements, translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will enable you to navigate complex situations and manage dependencies effectively. With a strong foundation in data analytics and technical solutions, you will contribute to the development of innovative architecture designs and data-driven insights that guide business decisions. Your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will ensure clear and concise information exchange with diverse stakeholder audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment across departments.

Job responsibilities:

Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs  Champions continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coaches teams to conduct continuous improvement events  Seeks opportunities for improvement to the overall effectiveness of teams and the organization  Communicates organizational impediments to leadership; clears impediments for the team Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving conflicts

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices  Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices  Demonstrate proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within teams to achieve product goals Showcase proficiency in agile delivery and agile approaches, with a developing ability to coach teams and strive for continuous improvement and high performance  Strong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principles Experience as a practicing Scrum Master on a team
