As a Payments Engineering & Architecture Solutions Analyst III in Corporate & Investment Bank Payments Technology Team, you will aid in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical fluency and strong analytical reasoning skills. Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making Knowledge about financial payments solutions and transactional systems Experience of using Atlassian Jira for requirements capture and technical backlog management & experience of using Atlassian Confluence and Lucid Charts for technical documentation and diagramming Exposure to agile methodologies such as Scrum, CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security Experience of working alongside software engineers to help rapidly synthesize, distil, translate and clarify complex business process into clear written technical requirements Knowledge of non-functional requirements and brokering these with the business and technology to enable delivery of high-quality reliable software solutions Ability to create and review test plans and scenarios to ensure full coverage with acceptance criteria Foundational awareness of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Cloud Practitioner)
