As a Solutions Analyst II SAP FI Consultant - S4 HANA in Finance Technology, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners, business, operations, and software developers by leveraging your technical and analytical reasoning skills. Job responsibilities

SAP FI Consultant / Analyst responsible for designing, building and deploying SAP-based ERP solutions; leading analysis and design in the SAP FI/CO area, often in close cooperation with the client’s finance team; Conducting structured testing internally and with users; Ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements 2 + end-to-end full cycle implementations (from blue printing, realization, go live to production support) of S/4HANA Greenfield / Migration projects in complex landscape. Hands-On Experience in SAP S4 HANA in Finance modules is must. Exposure to Special Purpose Ledger (SPL) and New GL Accounting is a must. Experience in full life cycle process on SAP FI Business processes. Understanding on SAP FI Master data management like GL, Customer, Vendor, Fixed Assets etc. & expert knowledge in FI activities pertaining to General Ledger Accounting & Reporting. Good Exposure in Preparation of Trial Balance, P&L Account and Balance Sheet. Solid understanding in Accounts Payable & Account Receivable activities in FI including external integrations for Bank Payments & Customer/Vendor Management Demonstrated proficiency in data fluency, including experience with data extraction, interpretation, and making data-informed decisions Exhibit capabilities in writing good Functional Specifications (FSD) for FI related Developments and own the delivery to Business along with the Technical (ABAP) Team Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficiency in Unix, Knowledge of Autosys and Ctrl-M Job scheduling tools is good to have. Good Knowledge on SAP FI backend tables & initial debugging skills is an added advantage. General knowledge of financial services industry
