**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY…**
Iron Mountain (IRM) is looking for a Solution Sales Specialist to provide digital product expertise for its enterprise accounts. The SSS will drive sales of Iron Mountain’s digital solutions, including digitization services, intelligent document processing, information governance, and cloud solutions. Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, executing sales strategies, and ensuring that customers achieve their transformation goals through IRM's digital solutions.
As the subject matter expert for digital solutions, the SSS will collaborate with customer-facing teams and engage directly with senior business stakeholders. The role involves managing an assigned portfolio, proactively identifying new opportunities, and driving both upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The SSS will oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring strong customer relationships and successful delivery of IRM's digital offerings.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES…**
+ Effective collaboration with Iron Mountain sales teams to manage the entire sales lifecycle, from pipeline creation to account planning.
+ Proactively assessing current and future digital needs of customers to identify expansion opportunities and upsell digital solutions.
+ Developing and implementing strategies and business plans based on an understanding of the customer's business model and their value proposition in the market.
+ Coordinating all logistical aspects and deal approvals across sales, operations, professional services, legal, and other departments until contract signature.
+ Strong storytelling skills using qualitative and quantitative analyses to translate customer requirements into a comprehensive solution.
+ Collaboration with the Solution Architect to qualify and position IRM’s digital solutions based on customer needs.
+ Maximizing deal profitability through leadership in the negotiation process, ensuring a timely and acceptable outcome.
+ Successful experience working with customers to influence RFP development, ensuring the proposed solution is best positioned to win.
+ Leadership in proposal writing and managing response teams when needed.
+ Active participation in industry associations to increase IRM’s visibility, attending conferences, writing articles, and staying current with market trends.
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS…**
+ Strong digital transformation domain knowledge
+ Professional Services/Consulting professional with 5+ years of direct selling experience to executive-level buyers.
+ Demonstrated success in selling digital solutions to senior level executives.
+ Excellent communication, teaming and presentation skills.
+ Strong business acumen and account planning skills.
+ Minimum of four-year college degree
+ Experienced meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quota goals
+ Knowledge of IDP and CSP solutions.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Work and PowerPoint
+ Prior experience using a CRM
