The Reciprocating Compressor Upgrades and Revamps Sales

sales and business development within a defined territory, focusing on
delivering customized solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Join

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
+ Leadthe overall sales development process for large, complex Mods & UpsProjects related to reciprocating compression. Responsibilities includemining and qualifying new opportunities, develop winning strategies andvalue propositions, identify and influence key decision-makers, andsuccessfully navigate complex internal and external selling environments.
+ Responsiblefor forecasting all M&U business in assigned selling accounts,including Salesforce funnel management and ensuring the accuracy andquality of forecasts.
+ Practicea “Clean Handover" to the commercial and executing teams for everynew project. Responsibilities include final Purchase Order review andcapture, and leading/participating in all internal and external kickoffmeetings.
+ Developand nurture client relationships and continually create new ones throughactive onsite visits and engagement sessions. Capture and share customerintelligence within Siemens Energy.
+ Participatein and potentially lead Siemens Energy business growth initiatives asneeded.
+ Manageexpense governance within Siemens Energy corporate guidelines.
**What You Bring**
+ ABachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a degree in MechanicalEngineering or a related Engineering field is preferred.
+ Minimumof 8 years’ sales experience is required (rotating equipment sales and/orcapital project business development, and knowledge of reciprocatingcompressors is highly preferred); Candidates with more experience may beeligible for a more senior level role.
+ Willingnessto travel domestically is required.
+ Strategicorientation with detailed knowledge of products, services, and marketsrelated to reciprocating compressors, including an understanding ofcompressor performance and application principles.
+ Abilityto work collaboratively with diverse teams and across organizational andinternational boundaries; Must be self-motivated with high energy driveand business acumen.
+ Applicantsmust be legally authorized for employment in the United States without theneed for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. SiemensEnergy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible forinternal transfers.

generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.

job may be based in Painted Post or Olean, NY. Siemens Energy

The base salary range for this position is $96,500.00 -$137,900.00and the
annual incentive target 50% of base salary.
Specific
offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills,
certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at
the top of the range, though compensation depends on each
individual’s qualifications.
