Financial Services-Focused Client Engagement
Build strategic relationships with financial institutions, insurance providers, asset management firms, and fintech organizations.
Engage leadership teams in IT, operations, HR, customer experience, and compliance to identify key challenges, objectives, and innovation opportunities.
Tailored Solution Selling
Develop and present value-driven proposals that integrate modern workplace solutions, customer and employee experience technologies, financial services-focused AI, and automation solutions (RPA, chatbots, intelligent workflows).
Collaborate closely with solution architects and financial services SMEs to ensure solutions are compliant and relevant.
Industry-Specific Expertise
Maintain expertise in financial services trends, regulatory challenges, customer engagement strategies, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
Clearly articulate how solutions enhance customer loyalty, streamline operational processes, ensure compliance, reduce risk, and drive efficiency.
Pipeline Development & Revenue Management
Lead the sales cycle from discovery through to deal closure within targeted financial services accounts or territories.
Manage accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM documentation, and sales reporting.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and client satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:7–10+ years selling complex technology solutions within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of banking, insurance, fintech trends, customer experience innovation, employee productivity solutions, AI, and automation use-cases.
Proven experience selling to senior executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated understanding of financial industry regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, GDPR, AML/KYC).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related fields (MBA preferred).
Preferred Experience:Financial services platforms (e.g., Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics).
Customer experience technologies (e.g., Genesys, NICE CX, AWS Contact Center).
AI and automation tools focused on financial services (e.g., Kore.ai, Microsoft CoPilot, UiPath, Blue Prism, OpenAI).
Productivity and collaboration tools tailored for financial services compliance (Microsoft Teams, Viva, compliance automation tools).
