Solution Operations Support

The MBS Solution Operations Support position acts as support to the MBS Solution Operations Manager and provides operational support for the MBS Regional Vice Presidents. The candidate will provide analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve Regional Vice Presidents and/or manager of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Assist in coordinating activities as well as logistics planning for summit sessions and pipeline meetings. The candidate will have regular contact with leadership of both Talent Solutions and Protiviti. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature.

Plan and prepare meetings and presentation materials for meetings in a timely manner.Assist in coordinating department event arrangements as needed.Run, update and maintain MBS activity and searches in Protiviti SFDC, RH SFDC and RH DOMO (Knowledge in running spotlight searches and reports in RH Salesforce is a plus)Assist with a variety of projects and business processes such as new MBS initiatives and roll-outsAssist Vice Presidents with prepping and conducting market pipeline meetings, ie. run reports, assist with taking notes during pipeline meetings, etc.Assist with project management of MBS document library in MS Teams. Protiviti iShare and RH CONNECTRegularly audits Protiviti projects and Robert Half contractor job orders to ensure proper coding and complianceCreate custom MBS reports as needed (Advanced MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint skills required).Meet with the direct report on a regular basis to professionally manage workload and determine how to move projects forward. During these meetings the candidate should identify potential issues within or across the various projects and MBS markets. The candidate will provide input, identify risks and/or inefficiencies to identify the proper course of action.Manage calendars. Plan and organize travel, schedule regular and ad hoc teleconferences and appointments. Process expense reports as delegate when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Currently, we are seeking highly motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

Degree: Associates degree

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience. (Client Development experience a plus)

Time Zones: Eastern, Central, Mountain and Pacific Time Zones

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess strong executive function skills including deep organizational skills, flexibility, reasoning and prioritization.Must have a working knowledge of the Consulting industry, including an understanding of the financial and operational processes.Must be a self-starter who can work well in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently.Must be able to take direction and then work creatively and analytically to solve problems. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience working effectively at the executive level is desired.Must have a desire to learn and a receptiveness to feedback and mentoring.Robert Half Salesforce knowledge with Spotlight searches and DOMOAdvanced MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint skills

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.

$43,000 - $80,500
