Job Description: The Security focused Solution Executive is responsible for key sales pursuit activities relating to Security based solutions for all customers. Activities include pre-sales strategy, solutioning, and transition to delivery. This role is tightly coupled with the Global Services sales team, solution and practice architects, as well as practice leadership. The Security Solution Executive consults with multiple layers of our clients’ business and technology management to help direct and shape the solution. The primary functions and required skills are to conduct discovery, provide insights and guide clients in driving impactful business solutions. The Security Solution Executive is expected to influence and guide service revenue growth in excess of $10M per year. This role may require approximately 30% travel. Primary responsibilities and requisite skills: Pre-Sales: Overall • Lead clients through the design and delivery of Security specific solutions • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for Security-specific solutions. • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized Security solutions that meet client requirements. • Provide guidance to clients on Security best practices and help them achieve their IT and business objectives. • Provide though leadership around industry trends relevant to Security solutions • Develop and drive a business and technological point of view to our customers • Drive and support business development activities by providing relevant previous experiences and an understanding of Security capabilities and trends • Provide market insight into the creation of practice sales collateral, accelerators and assets Opportunity Specific • Ensure proposed solutions align with client business, technical, process, resource, and contractual requirements • Demonstrate thought leadership early and throughout the sales cycle • Engage practice area technical architects and leadership at the appropriate time to ensure delivery excellence, mitigate risk, and facilitate solution development and communication • Own solution development, pricing and associated deliverables Additional Responsibilities • Transition new business to delivery, ensuring a proper handoff and project start • Support account management at key accounts • Alliance partnership activities with Security partners Required Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related experience • Master’s in Business Administration or equivalent is a plus, but not required • 8+ years’ experience in Information Technology and/or Professional Services required; 12+ years preferred • 5+ years’ experience in a professional services organization (i.e. IBM, Accenture, Cap Gemini, Deloitte, etc.) • 5+ years in client facing roles interfacing with business and technology executives • 5+ years of hands-on delivery experience in at least 2 of the following areas: o (Preferred) Security projects supporting GRC, IAM, SOC, Threat/Fraud, SecOps, Data Governance, Vulnerability Management • Preferred Certifications: • Experience developing effort/cost estimates, writing statements of work, and reviewing/contributing to client contractual agreement; language Keys to Success • Must have outstanding presentation and writing skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the client and TEKsystems organization • Must have strong business and information technology acumen with the ability to communicate capabilities, gather and assess client requirements, and communicate solution and value proposition to clients • Must have strong technical understanding with the ability build credibility with IT and Business Leadership • Should have industry specific knowledge it at least one vertical (ex. Financial services, healthcare, energy, etc) • Must be detail oriented and comfortable working with and lead cross functional solution teams Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
