Solution Execution Specialist

**Position Summary:**
Are you ready to start a new journey with a team of energized professionals advancing and connecting the world’s infrastructure? Bentley is looking for you! We are looking for a sharp, driven Solution Execution Specialist reporting directly to the Manager of Solution Execution to support key Bentley accounts.
The Solution Execution Specialist collaborates with solution engineering, sales, and product marketing to create demonstrations that showcase Bentley solutions to infrastructure industries globally. Responsibilities include preparing sales demo guides, developing competitive materials, and crafting presentations to highlight Bentley products' value. This role also involves training and delivery to the global Solution Engineering team.
**Your Day-to-Day:**
+ Promote Bentley solutions to infrastructure audiences.
+ Develop demonstration positioning, messaging, and execution tools.
+ Translate technical capabilities into benefits for audiences.
+ Create presentations connecting Bentley applications to customer value.
+ Deliver content training sessions to the global team
+ Build competitive enablement materials.
+ Collaborate with other groups including Product Management and Marketing.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
+ This is an individual contributor role.
+ This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
+ This role require communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
+ Ability to travel up to 15%.
+ Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ).
**What You Bring to The Team:**
+ Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; preferably an infrastructure-related background.
+ Technical sales or product marketing experience in the infrastructure or related industry.
+ +5 years' experience in Construction Management, Virtual Design and Construction, or Project planning.
+ Outstanding speaking, presentation, and demonstration skills.
+ Ability to explain complex topics to audiences of all levels of knowledge and seniority.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
+ Experience delivering internal training sessions.
+ Effectively collaborate with teams leveraging communication and project management to define objectives and deliver focus.
