Position Overview:
Are you ready to be a driving force in transforming UK Social (government) housing? MRI is on a mission to redefine how housing providers make an impact in their communities using innovative software solutions. We're seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive Application Consultant to join our ever-growing Professional Services team and help make a real difference.
Key responsibilities:
Understand and document our clients’ business requirements.
Setup and maintain software applications.
Assist in the customisation and configuration of our software.
Provide user management and tailored application support.
Review cyclical processes and work with clients to optimise them and minimise issues.
Monitor system and integration alerts:
o Assist in the setup of solution integration.
o Review system alerts and work to minimise integration issues.
o Provide advice and guidance to resolve integration issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive, user-friendly documentation specific to UK Social housing, including guides and best practices.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of and willingness to learn UK Social (government) housing principles and processes.
Proven experience as an application support analyst or application managed services consultant.
Ability to learn and digest new software quickly.
Solid functional and technical acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts in an accessible way.
Organised, methodical, and with a sound commercial approach.
Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Focused and detail orientated.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good problem-solving skills.
