Position Overview:
The SaaS Governance team at Siemens Software seeks a Solution Architect to join our team of experts driving the company’s Software as a Service (SaaS) transformation. As a member of the SaaS Governance team, the Architect will support the governance and execution of strategic SaaS initiatives. This technical leader will work across business units and supporting teams to define, communicate, and enable standards supporting the effective and efficient development of cloud-hosted SaaS solutions across the company. The Architect will work with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders to support the development of SaaS solutions, platforms, and supporting business processes. The ideal candidate will complement their strong technical background with problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills for application across a broad range of challenges and solution domains.

3 or more years of experience in software development 3 or more years of experience designing, developing, delivering, and operating cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions in a production environment Familiarity with agile, DevOps, and CI/CD principles as applied to the development and delivery of cloud-hosted SaaS solutionsPreferred qualifications:
3 or more years of experience building SaaS solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar public cloud provider Experience building and consuming SaaS platforms Experience working horizontally across multiple development teams Experience working in a globally distributed development organizationExceptional qualifications:
AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate or Solution Architect Professional certification Experience integrating SaaS solutions with enterprise business systems and commerce platforms Familiarity with the Siemens DISW portfolio and related products domains, such as PLM, CAD, CAM, CAE, IOT, and othersQualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. The salary range for this position is $126,100 to $227,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
