Your deep understanding of cloud architecture and hands-on experience with modern technologies will ensure that our clients receive the best-fit solutions to meet their complex challenges.
Responsibilities
Design and implement robust cloud-based IT solutions for federal law enforcementLead efforts in migrating and modernizing legacy systems to cloud platforms, focusing on AWS and C2S environmentsCreate enterprise-wide architectural designs that integrate advanced technologies, focusing on scalable and maintainable solutionsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solvingMentor junior architects and team members, fostering growth and development within the teamLeverage GitHub, GitLab, and containerization technologies to streamline development processes and ensure efficient version controlAddress and solve complex IT challenges related to data structures, distributed systems, and Big Data solutionsEngage with clients and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and strategyRequirements
4+ years of experience as an AWS cloud solutions architect3+ years of experience in enterprise, full-life cycle solutions architecting in a professional IT and software development environmentStrong experience with cloud architecture and development, including AWS or C2S, implementation, and migrationProven experience in technical application architecture, application build, and modernizationProficient in version control systems, including GitHub and GitLab, and containerization technologiesDeep knowledge of Java frameworks and technologies, such as Spring, Hibernate, and microservices architectureFamiliar with data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts, as well as Big Data solutionsPreferred Requirements
Experience with security controls or artifacts of credentialingFamiliarity with RDBMS database engines such as Oracle, MSSQL, or PostgreSQLExperience with CI/CD tools and processesExperience with Databricks and ElasticsearchKnowledge of AWS Identity Access Management (IAM) policy managementStrong ability to communicate complex concepts in simple terms to stakeholdersMaster's degree in Computer Science or Software EngineeringAWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certificationEducation/Certification Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is requiredClearance Requirements
