Job DescriptionTHE POSITION:
Reporting to the VP of Product & Engineering, Solution Architect will join a team that uses cutting-edge technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture and deliver exceptional experiences for clients and users. We’re seeking an experienced solution architect ready to work with new technologies and architecture in a forward-thinking organization constantly pushing boundaries. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The person identifying, designing, and deploying advanced cloud-based solutions with optimal architectural choices across broad use cases involving performance, compute, security, privacy, as well as advanced scenarios involving serverless, analytics, and AI/ML.
To be successful in this role, a strong blend of exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills coupled with years of experience as an architect are required. Ultimately, the solution architect will ensure we use innovative technologies that maximize our productivity and help EVERSANA grow.

QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineer, Technology, Computer Science, Science.7+ years of experience in architecting and building large-scale software applications using big data technologies, scientific computing, and AI/ML solutions.5+ years of design development of SaaS platforms5+ years of experience as a software engineer and/or full-stack developerExperience in Solutions Architecture, with a portfolio of technological solutions that have transformed businesses.Adept at sculpting robust applications on low-code platforms.A communicator of the highest order, fluent in the language of technology and teamwork.Healthcare (Pharma, Hospitals, Payers) experience.Extensive experience in MS .NET, Snowflake, JavaScript framework Vue.js, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Python, R, and PostgreSQL.Experience working with a version control system, such as git. Experience with CI/CD systems, such as Azure DevOps and Gitlab CI.Strong understanding of web development/performance issues and mitigation approachesAttention to detail and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.Ability to work independently and as a team player.Ability to understand others and clearly express thoughts.Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $121,000 to $169,500 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
