You will report to Director-level manager and work closely with other engineering teams, test architects, and product quality team members. + To turn vision into reality, you will own definition of overall roadmap for test strategy, and you will coach development teams on its practical deployment. + You will actively follow the latest trends in SW testing and quality, to ensure that our approach is fully benefiting from innovative techniques. + Part of your assignment also will be education of teams in testing principles (both manual and automated) and the art of SW quality. + You will drive evaluation of testing frameworks and tools, advocating best choices for the whole department to optimize product quality, testing efficiency and total cost of ownership. + Where applicable, you will actively promote standardization and proliferation of successful approaches across the teams and products. We encourage you to apply for this great opportunity. **Requirements:** + Typically requires 5+ years of SW testing experience + Proven ability in establishing and improving test plans, and making decisions related to the test strategy of a product + Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) + Hands-on work with multiple teams, preferably multi-site + Prior involvement in multidisciplinary development is a plus **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** + Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. + Expertise in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, Robot Framework etc.) and frameworks + Familiarity with performance and security testing. + Very good interpersonal skills are required due to the high degree of interaction and collaboration across different groups. + Ability to provide vision, direction, inspiration & motivation + English on B2 level or better **Physical requirements / work environment** This job can be fulfilled from Brno, Czech Republic.
