**Responsibility & Key Result Areas** + Must be an experienced developer, with strong **Java, Spring Framework** , with experience in one or more data stores (DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis,etc) and messaging queues + Implements the detailed design for Micro services in a standard and efficient way + Unit tests the components developed and reviews other’s implementation + Be able to proactively identify, analyze and resolve complex issues earlier in the development cycle + Manages technical communication with architects + Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities + Supports the verification and validation team by resolving the issues / defects in a timely manner **Role Competency & Personal Characteristics** + 5+ years of experience in Software development life cycle as a backend developer + Proven experience building cloud native systems and architectures (microservices, REST, event driven services) + **Solid experience in Java, Java, Spring** **Framework, Node.** **js and MicroService design and development** + Good knowledge working with API Integration, and Restful Services + Experience in working with datastores like DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis,etc + Exposure to cloud deployment models and tools (dockers, Kubernetes etc.) + Good understanding and Exposure to AWS cloud platform would be a plus + Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges + Strong desire to learn and work across technology stacks + Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interface in a cross-disciplinary manner, including engineers, product managers, and clinical specialists + Self-motivated individual with good organizational and time management skills **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
