We are looking for a technical QA engineer with strong automation experience to join our expanding AI Department at Foundever. If you have a passion for and familiarity with AI, you will play a vital role in the QA efforts for Foundever's GenAI-powered products, which are expected to significantly impact our business and empower our 170,000 associates to thrive. Reporting directly to the QA Manager, you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products by meeting quality targets and continuously optimizing our QA processes and methodologies through automation and refined practices.
Primary Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation frameworks from scratch to support UI and API testing. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, or similar). Collaborate with the team to define acceptance criteria, test plans and test scenarios. Execute manual and automated test cases to validate new features and ensure quality before release. Continuously optimize automation strategies to enhance test coverage, execution speed, and reliability. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD. Proactively identify and report defects, ensuring clear documentation and tracking. Collaborate closely with an agile development team to share best practices, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in testing processes. Monitor key quality indicators and ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards. Experience Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Software QA in an Agile environment, with focus on automation. Experience in API testing using tools like Postman. Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). Experience writing and implementing clear and concise testing plans and test cases. Experience testing and evaluating AI capabilities is a bonus. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities A dedicated team player who maintains a positive attitude. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a distributed international team. Comprehensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, coupled with robust automation skills. Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. A meticulous problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Familiarity with CX tools and applications is an added advantage. Language Excellent written and spoken technical English. French or Spanish language skills are a bonus.
