Description and Requirements This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your first three years, you will participate in a cross-border/cross-organization rotation to engage with key stakeholders, gain deep insight into our organization, and develop comprehensive leadership skills while making a global impact. Our goal is to fast-track you to leadership by year five. Skills you will use for this role: Relevant experience in AI & Software; Strong logical thinking; Sharp market perception, ability to grasp market trends and directions, analytical skills; Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit.
In your role on Software Product Planning Management team you will be:1. Responsible for product planning, collecting requirements, refining business processes, analyzing issues, and proposing solutions; 2. Maintain effective communication with business, technical, and operations teams to drive product implementation and optimization; 3. Conduct research on relevant products, analyze competitors and industry trends, and understand market dynamics and external requirements; 4. Develop product competitive strategies and iteration plans.
Requirements:1. Bachelor degree or above with graduation between September 2024 and August 2025;2. Relevant experience in AI & Software; 3. Strong logical thinking; 4. Sharp market perception, ability to grasp market trends and directions, analytical skills;5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a strong team spirit;6. Major in Computer Science is preferred with AI focus
