The Software Manager is responsible for application development and governance processes using third-party suppliers. They are responsible for communicating technical opportunities and constraints to service owners.

Responsibilities:

Understands business needs via close communication with the service/product manager.Understands interdependencies with other applications within the domain.Communicates technical opportunities and constraints to the service owner.Leads application development via a third-party supplier.Ensures compliance with application governance processes.Works independently with little to no supervision.

Job Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.2+ years of experience with audio, video, and meeting room solutions, with expertise in at least one major technology such as Cisco, Crestron, or similar.Fundamental knowledge of network concepts and Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Exchange, and Azure).The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications (Preferred):

Experience coordinating development and deployment of production software via third-party suppliers.A history of solving business problems with digital solutions.Experience in project management/leadership.Desired certifications: ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation.
