Job Description & Summary

You are part of PwC Switzerland's technology user experience team. Together with your team you are responsible for all IT enduser und IT endpoint related topics. This includes Software Lifecycle & License Management from PwC Switzerland.

Your Impact:

Manage the entire software lifecycle process from procurement to integration and maintenance until retirement, in collaboration with our Procurement, IT Workplace Engineers and IT Support Technicians.Engage with our internal clients to gather their requirements and provide consultation.Build and maintain a bridge between our business operations and our IT department, ensuring a continuous connection.Maintain control over the software landscape of PwC Switzerland and help prevent conflicts and duplications.Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and related documentation.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.Regularly audit the usage of software and drive cleanup projects for unused software.

Your Skill Set:

Degree in business administration or computer science (EFZ, Bachelor or similar), previous experience in IT is an advantage.Excellence in organizing and collaborating with different stakeholders.Strong positive, service-oriented attitude and team-working ability."Can do" attitude and willingness to take over responsibility from day one.Fluency (spoken & written) in English and German; French would be an advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.An eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
