What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented, creative, innovative, and results-driven (Associate) Developer (f/m/d), who is enthusiastic to contribute to agile engineering practices and to contribute to SAPs sustainability portfolio.

 

As a Software (Associate) Developer (f/m/d) within the SAP Sustainability Integration Development team you will:

Be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing complete, very complex end-to-end software parts for the integration of SAP S/4HANA with Sustainability solutions Actively contribute to the whole product lifecycle (backlog definition, software specification, software design, implementation, quality assurance, delivery, and maintenance) Exhibit self-drive, independent decision-making skills, and adaptability while working in an agile development setting. Timely accomplish designated tasks and responsibilities, ensuring optimum quality and performance. Multiply software engineering best practices across development teams. Engage collaboratively with peers within and beyond your team.

 

What you bring

University Degree in Computer Science or Engineering  Good skills with object-oriented programming. Knowledge in ABAP, CDS, OData and Web-Technologies such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS is considered as advantage Ability to work result focused in an agile development environment Knowledge in software design patterns and software engineering Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Open-mindedness, willingness, and interest to learn and grow Good written and verbal communication skills; fluent Business English. German is a plus Software development experience
