Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten:

Installation und Konfiguration von Software-Komponenten in der Strahlentherapie sowohl in zum Teil großen Krankenhäusern als auch in MVZ-StrukturenDurchführung von Software-Upgrades sowie technischer Support für unsere KundenKoordination und aktive Mitarbeit bei Installationen, Upgrades und Inbetriebnahmen – in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und dem internen Software-Projektleitungsteam, teils unter Zeitdruck und mit parallellaufenden AufgabenPflege und Aktualisierung technischer Dokumentationen, die für die oben genannten Tätigkeiten genutzt werden

Profil:

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als „Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration“ oder Abschluss als „Staatlich geprüfter Techniker für Computersysteme und Netzwerktechnik“, alternativ Bachelorabschluss im IT-UmfeldErfahrung im IT-Umfeld im 2nd Level Support, als Systemadministrator oder im IT-Service, Erfahrungen im klinischen Umfeld sind von VorteilFundierte Kenntnisse in Client-/Server-Architekturen, Windows-Betriebssystemen, Datenbanken und Microsoft SQL ServerPraktische Erfahrungen mit Active-Directory, DNS, DHCP etc. auch in größeren NetzenSelbstständige und eigenverantwortliche ArbeitsweiseSehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und SchriftBereitschaft zu hoher Reisetätigkeit (bis 60-70%) innerhalb Deutschlands (teils im Ausland)Kundenorientiert, kommunikativ und teamfähig
