**Job Description**
Responsible for developing and implementing information security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with the organization's overall risk management strategy. This includes conducting risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats to the organization's information systems, networks, and data. Requires regular monitoring and reporting of compliance with established policies and procedures, as well as ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of potential risks and compliance requirements. Oversees the implementation of security controls and technologies to protect the organization's information assets, including data encryption, access controls, and intrusion detection and prevention systems. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop incident response plans and procedures to ensure timely and effective response to security incidents.
**_The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days at one of the following locations:_**

The SIRP Administrator oversees and manages the process to assign information security inherent risk ratings to software listed within the organization’s application inventory. This role is critical to ensuring we’ve properly categorized the bank’s applications in terms of the inherent information security risk they possess.
The SIRP process is executed systematically. The SIRP Administrator’s role is to ensure the system continues to function as expected, that all applications receive a SIRP, to investigate SIRP-related data anomalies, and to follow up on past due SIRP certifications. They partner with application owners, business lines, and other stakeholders to ensure SIRPs are complete and accurate.
The SIRP Administrator is also responsible for the SIRP methodology design and for continuous improvement and optimization of the SIRP process to best fit the bank’s needs and to improve stakeholder satisfaction with the function.
The SIRP is currently being revised and migrated to a new system, and the SIRP Administrator will also advise on and support the migration, as applicable.
**Responsibilities**
+ Own the SIRP methodology, calculations, and system functionality.
+ Identify SIRP system bugs or flaws timely and partner with technology development teams to resolve timely.
+ Continuously iterate and improve on the methodology.
+ Partner with business lines and other stakeholders to ensure SIRPs are completed timely and are calculated accurately.
+ Identify data anomalies within SIRP assessments and initiate resolution action with application owners.
+ Escalate past due assessments.
+ Support the migration of the SIRP system to a new tool.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Typically a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
+ Typically five or more years of experience as a security professional
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills
+ Ability to articulate complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner
**Skills/Experience**
+ At least one relevant certification, such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, etc.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong knowledge of risk management and control design concepts.
+ Experience building and implementing processes.
+ Working knowledge of technology and cloud fundamentals.
+ Desire to self-improve and continuously learn.
+ Understanding of basic concepts of business management, including cost benefit analysis and other forms of business sense.
+ High level of discipline and organization.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $119,765.00 - $140,900.00 - $154,990.00
